Menu:  Sopa de elote (fresh corn soup); Dominican Sancocho (chicken and vegetables stew);  Cerdo en Adobo y Arroz (pork  and chayote squash with dried ancho pepper, garlic sauce and white rice); Fresco de Chan (lime-poppy seed drink).
