Cooking fish and seafood is fast and easy.  Adding more fish to your diet can have a positive impact on your wallet and your health.  Learn easy techniques of cooking fish and create wholesome and delicious meals for you and your family. 

 

Menu:  Pescado en Escabeche (Pan fried tilapia in marinated vegetable-herb sauce);  Coctel de Pescado (spicy citrus sauce-marinated sole with avocadoes, tomatoes ); Mole de Pescado  (haddock and potatoes with ancho peppers, garlic and olive oil sauce); Crepas con Piña y Ron (Pineapple-rum crêpes).
